WHAT DATA I COLLECT
Through the contact form: your name, phone number or WhatsApp number,
municipality, and the description of the works you provide.
If you contact me by WhatsApp, email or phone, I receive whatever
information you choose to send, including any photos of your property.
Through the website itself: technical data such as IP address, browser
type and pages visited, collected by the hosting provider for security
and basic traffic statistics.
WHY I USE IT AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote —
based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before
entering into a contract.
To carry out and manage the works, if we sign a contract — based on
performance of that contract.
To comply with tax and accounting obligations — based on legal
obligation under Spanish law.
I do not use your data for marketing and do not send newsletters.
HOW LONG I KEEP IT
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months, then deleted.
Client records and invoices: as long as required by Spanish tax law,
currently six years from the end of the relevant financial year.
WHO ELSE SEES IT
I do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes. Your data may
be processed by service providers acting on my instructions:
Framer B.V. (Netherlands) — website hosting and form handling
Google Ireland Ltd — bazed85@gmail.com
WhatsApp Ireland Ltd — messaging, if you contact me that way
Suppliers and subcontractors, only where necessary to carry out
agreed works, and only the minimum information required
Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area,
this is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual
clauses or an adequacy decision.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict
or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to bazed85@gmail.com. I will respond within
one month.
If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may complain
to the Spanish data protection authority, Agencia Española de Protección
de Datos (www.aepd.es).
SECURITY
I take reasonable measures to keep your data secure and limit access to
what is necessary to answer your enquiry and carry out the works.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this
page with a new date.
